Softcare Plus Table Pads are designed with multiple layers of different densities of foam that protects the patient from pressure injuries. The top layer of memory foam conforms to the patient's anatomy while the underlying foam layers supports the patient's weight and prevents the body from bottoming out. This is covered with a multi-directional stretch anti-shear 4-Way Stretch Conductive Cover. Softcare Plus Silver Table Pads are designed with a closed cell rubber anti-bottoming layer then a high density polyurethane foam support layer with a top layer of memory foam covered with a multidirectional stretch anti-shear 4-Way Stretch Conductive Cover with embedded silver which inhibits growth of odor-causing bacteria.
